主要研究领域为计算机视觉和人工智能。在过去的研究中,我聚焦于无参考图像质量评价(Blind Image Quality Assessment)、图像修复与超分辨率、伪装目标检测(Camouflaged Object Detection)以及多模态学习等方向,致力于提升计算机对视觉信息的理解能力。我在CVPR、AAAI、ICML、ACMMM等国际顶级会议上发表了多篇高水平论文,提出了基于扩散模型(Diffusion Models)、贝叶斯不确定性(Bayesian Uncertainty)和动态伪标签学习的多项创新方法。
随着研究的深入,逐渐将关注点从“计算机如何感知世界”延伸到“计算机如何服务于人”。这促使我将研究兴趣扩展到大模型调优、大模型压缩以及“具身智能(Embodied Intelligence)”领域。希望通过研究大模型的高效优化和压缩技术,使其更好地适应资源受限的场景,并结合具身智能技术,赋予人工智能更强的环境感知和交互能力,从而更深层次地服务于人类的实际需求。
未来,将继续探索从视觉感知到智能交互的全链路技术,力求在大模型与具身智能的交叉领域取得更多突破,推动人工智能技术在实际应用中的落地与发展。
